Joseph Allen, 46, stumbled into the burger joint Tuesday morning and grew angry at the “Christian music” that was playing.
In an apparent drunken rage, Allen swore at employees and customers and demanded they “turn it off and play Muslim and Hindu music”, before officers busted him.
The Christian music, according to police, was Christmas songs playing over the radio.

Allen, who cops said looked drunk, approached the workers “in an aggressive manner” and left them “in fear for their safety”.
The police report said: “The defendant walked into the McDonald’s restaurant while under the influence of alcohol and began cursing at customers employees.
“The defendant was upset that ‘Christian music’ was being played inside the restaurant and demanded that they ‘turn it off and play Muslim and Hindu music’.
“The defendant continued to curse at the employees and walk towards them in an aggressive manner. The employees states that they were in fear for their safety due to the subject’s actions and words.”
The fazered Floridian admitted to police responding to the 911 call that he had sworn at employees and patrons at the McDonald’s branch.
A search of Allen, from Florida, found a small bag of methamphetamine in his trouser pocket, leaving him with charges of disorderly conduct and narcotics possession.
Allen has a lengthy rap sheet, including charges of assault, robbery, disorderly intoxication and carrying a concealed weapon.
His bail was set to £1,757 ($2,150).
