Lorn Stevenson, 29, was enjoying a long countryside cycle across Dumyat Hill near Stirling, Scotland when his bike fell to the side.
The biking enthusiast – who works as a social media executive – went crashing to the ground and screamed profanities before exclaiming: “I’ve landed in cow s***!”
He swivelled his wrist several times before mounting his bike and shouting: “I think I’ve broken my wrist.”
The down-on-his-luck lad then caught a train home before heading to A&E after three hours of pain.
Later he told Deadline News: “The fall was caused by a buildup of mud in my wheels which made me lose traction and grip resulting in the crash.
“In the first few seconds after the crash I knew I had broken my wrist as the pain was pretty bad.
“I still had a fair distance to descend down the Dumyat so I jumped back on the bike and tried my best to hold on to the bars.”

Lorn made it to the hospital and said the nurse “looked at me as if I was crazy” before being given a six week recovery time for his wrist.
