North Korea said despite Donald Trump’s calls for tougher action against Kim, the US would not be prepared to start a full-scale war.
Speaking through the state-censored newspaper Rodong Sinmun, Kim’s associates said North Korea was “unfazed” over Trump’s threats.

“This is just a ridiculous bluffing of those taken aback by the invincible might of the DPRK.
“The DPRK remains unfazed by the desperate moves of the US to stifle it.”
Kim’s threats come as military personnel from the US and Australia will be taking part in beach landings that will be the largest seen since World War 2.

The drills in north Queensland, Australia, are part of Operation Talisman Sabre (TS17), which is the largest joint exercise by the Australian Defence Force and the American military.
But the hermit kingdom dismissed the drills as nothing but a show of force.
“It is a manifestation of stupidity that the US works hard to check the victorious advance of the service personnel and people of the DPRK,” the article continued.
US and South Korean forces fire off missiles from the South’s Hyunmu-2 Missile System and the US M20 Multiple Launch Rocket System. The test is in answer to North Korea’s test of an ICBM
“The US is gravely mistaken if it arrogantly thinks that even a single shell should never be dropped on its mainland while carpet-bombing other countries.”
Last month, Kim successfully tested his first ICBM – sparking fears he may launch a deadly nuke at the US mainland within days.
